About SeniorFit
SeniorFit is a free library of printable exercise charts for older adults. Every routine is laid out in large, high-contrast type with simple step-by-step instructions and a clear figure for each move, so it is easy to follow on the screen or on a printed page.
The charts cover the routines older adults and caregivers look for most: chair exercises, balance work, resistance bands, chair yoga, gentle stretching, and leg strengthening. Each one comes with a print-ready PDF you can keep on the fridge or hand out at a class or care facility.
Every figure on the site is original line art, drawn from simple shapes — a stick figure, a chair, an arrow. Nothing here is a stock photo or a third-party illustration.
